Education For All

A good quality education helps children reach their full potential; however, for millions of children and youth, it is beyond reach and many are not learning basic skills like reading and math if they do attend school. In keeping with our mission to educate Nepali children, Feed Nepal has a small community scholarship program to ensure that children in our local area -regardless of gender or circumstances-have access to a quality education.This fund enables impoverished children to go to school while living at home with their family. Many parents cannot afford the uniform and school supplies necessary to keep their children in school. Feed Nepal provides enough money to give the children uniforms, book bags and supplies.

Educational Activities

  • To form a group of intellectuals in the fields of general education, economics, science, technology and spiritualism to guide the diligent and the aspirants in the respective fields.
  • To collect manuscript, palm-leaf scripts, books, magazines, journals, research with an exhaustive collection of universal wisdom.
  • To organize free programs for the poor and down-trodden to spot out their skills and assist them for graduation, projects and other achievements in all useful fields.
  • To establish the educational institutions starting from kinder garden covering the fields of medicine, engineering, law, management studies, computer and information technology, building up an infallible career skill in students assisted by sports, music, yoga, meditation, etc.

We support a total of 330 children in our local community schools. With your help we can support even more.

Education is the key to bringing these children out of poverty, but many families can't afford to send children to school - particularly girls.
